short and efective exercise routines for a highschool senior?


you get the drill. little time, little energy to do anything. so i need short powerful exercise routines that pump the blood and hopefully lose me some weight. ideas??

    20 rep squats. Takes about 20 minutes, but works like a beauty.

    Get a weight that you can only squat 10 times in one set and squat it 20 times. Here is the thing: don’t stop. Once you get tired, let the bar and keep going. Don’t rack the bar until you are done or can’t move the weight up after squatting down. I would suggest to do this in a power rack.
